Atome will send payment reminders to users via SMS the day before the due date, payment date and over the due date.
If the auto-deduction fails on the due day, customers' accounts will be frozen on the next day. They will be required to pay all outstanding amounts due on their account, together with an admin fee of HK$100 upon each deferred payment.
Once customers have cleared all existing owing, their accounts will be unfrozen and they’d be able to use Atome again.
